Introduction

Let’s cut to the chase. We built these new hanging patio heaters with one place in mind: the busy, real-world commercial space.
These aren’t your average backyard units. These are tough, heavy-duty infrared heaters designed to throw immediate, focused heat right where it’s needed—on your outdoor seating. The whole point? Keeping your customers cozy so your winter revenue doesn’t freeze over.

Power and Setup: Getting the Heat Right

Here’s the thing about outdoor heating: you’re fighting wind and the constant loss of warmth. So, these commercial heaters are built to be serious.
They run on a strong electrical setup—either 220V-240V or 400V. That power allows them to crank out a serious amount of wattage, typically between 1500W and 2500W. It’s the kind of muscle needed to warm a big, open area fast.
The quartz tube length is carefully chosen, too, to match the size of the space. A tube from 300mm to 1200mm creates a focused beam that hits the tables and chairs directly. No wasted energy trying to heat the empty air above.
