Why modular actually works
Dealing with single tubes is a maintenance nightmare. When you switch to a curved module, you’re finally in control of where the heat actually goes. We bend the quartz or metal-halogen arrays to hug the shape of your workpiece. No more awkward gaps. No more “close enough.” And we deliver these as turnkey systems. You won’t spend two weeks on the shop floor fighting with brackets or tracing messy wiring. You just drop the module in, plug it in, and you’re done. It takes the guesswork out of the build and saves your team a massive amount of headache.
The trade-off (The “Catch”)
Here’s the thing: high-wattage modules pack a serious punch for rapid annealing. But when you cram that much power into a tight, curved space, things get hot—really hot—around the housing. You can’t ignore the cooling. If your fans or water-jackets are too small, your connectors are going to fry. Keep the cooling beefy, and you’re golden.
Making it practical
Getting a uniform anneal comes down to the IR wavelength. By bundling the right lamps into one module, we make sure the energy soaks into the material evenly across the whole curve. Basically, we take the hard part—the precision assembly and tuning—and do it on our production line instead of your floor. You get a system that just works, maintaining a steady temperature without you having to manually tweak every single tube.
